Rates (updated 09/08)
Weekly Rates for up to 4 Adults:

Regular Season - $900 USD
-
High Season (February, March, June, July & Holidays) - $975 USD

Low Season (August - November) - $800 USD
Each additional person: $100 per person per week.

A 50% deposit, plus a $200. refundable damage deposit, is required via money order
or cashiers check within a week of booking.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations, deposit only, you will receive 75% refund.
If paid in full, you will receive 75% refund.
Multiple week discount:
Second week 15% off. Third, Fourth,...week etc 20% off each.
